Jinky Joy Abalos

1st Place Winner -

Born and raised in the Philippines, 34 year old Jinky, has been singing since the age of 5 and was part of her school choir and glee club. Jinky is a graduate of Assumption College in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Entrepreneurship. Back in the Philippines, aside from working for her father’s company, Jinky was also a Talent Manager for an All Male Hiphop group.

Dominick Caban                                                              2nd Place Winner - Sang/Instrumentals “Passenger”

At the time of audition, Dominick, 18 year old, self-taught guitarist has been playing since his 2nd year of high school after his father brought his first guitar. For his performance, Dominick played the guitar and sang a mellow song that spoke to him, “And I Love Her” by the Passengers.  Dominick just had just started to learn the song over the summer. After winning 2nd place, he bought a brand new guitar and accessories and has been using the guitar every day since.   

Alfred David                                                               People's Choice - Sang “Drag Me Down”

At the time of audition, 5 year old Union resident, Alfred David dreamed and still does of becoming a famous singer one day. For now, he is focused on starting first grade at Hannah Caldwell in September 2018 and getting good grades.

Brooke Dubon                                                             Youth Award - Danced to “I’m a Lady”

At the time of audition, 11 year old Union resident, Brooke Dubon was attending Burnet Middle School and had been dancing since the age of 3 at Turning Pointe Dance Center. Brooke loves Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Modern and Acro. Her dream is to turn this passion for dance into a career.
